What’s Included

The Reset includes three distinct Yoga Nidra / NSDR practices, so you can meet your system where it is:

  • Reset (15 minutes)

    A brief practice for re-centering during the day — ideal between meetings, after travel, or when you need to quickly settle your nervous system.

  • Restore (45 minutes)

    A deeper practice focused on healing, repair, and replenishment. This session supports the release of accumulated tension and the restoration of the body’s reserves.

  • Create (45 minutes)

    A practice designed to support clarity, imagination, and creative flow — allowing insight and new possibilities to arise without force.

    Each practice stands alone.
    Together, they offer a complete rhythm of rest, healing, and creative renewal.
